his weekend was the best! Both kids were home for the weekend...Phil with the family. We had so much fun! Of course there was lots of food. Many beverages. Many stories, and laughing, and showing pictures and in general catching up. If Martha had been here it would have been perfect.Erica and Owen doted on the dogs and spent a fair bit of time "training" them. This consists of giving the dogs treats when they sit down, which is something that pretty much doesn't require training! It was fun for all, though. They went with me on our morning walk and took turns holding Henry's leash while I handled Lucy. It was a wonderful morning and we had a great time.
In the picture above Adam is showing Phil some pictures of their place in Mexico and they are talking about work. Somehow I remembered to take a picture, which is a minor miracle!
On Sunday Erica, Jen and I made pizza while the guys tried to give the Seahawks some fan support. The pizza was better than the Seahawks, ha ha!
Adam headed out early Monday for his conference in Vancouver, and with Phil and Jen and the kids already gone, the house was pretty quiet....except for Tiko asking over and over "are you a good bird?"
