I just finished another excellent book (#19) - The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. I had no expectations going into the book - I just remembered his name as an author I wanted to try, so I reserved the book at the library and gave it a whirl.
It was a really fun book - very imaginative and thoughtful. The central theme is that we all have our personal legend to discover - and once we do - if we are courageous - we work towards the fulfillment of this legend. I loved the book's spirituality - that all things in the world have souls and each thing changes as they each fulfill their personal legends. I'd recommend it.
