The grape arbor has always been one of my favorite features of our "front" yard. One year I harvested enough grapes to make 56 (!) pints of grape jelly, even! But the grapes and the overgrown clematis that shared the arbor were way out of control, as you can see from the few wisps of clematis that still remain in the power line overhead.
When you wonder what we do all weekend, this was about 5 hours of work. I should have taken a "before" picture, but take my word for it, it was a job.

We came, we saw, we conquered
