Canine Make-A-Wish Foundation

Paul and I have always enjoyed our dogs, but Angus having terminal cancer has changed us into the two person Make A Wish Foundation for Dogs. Since Friday the dogs have gone on three car rides... to the vet, to Target, and to Port Orchard. They each got a "mexi-fry" after waiting for us at Taco Time. They got to explore the unfenced front yard while Paul and I raked up endless wheelbarrows of wood chips. They got to get on the bed with us in the morning. They both walked up the drive to get the newspaper with us. If you don't live with a dog you wouldn't realize that this is the equivalent of doggie nirvana.
