In our last installment of the coffee saga, we had replaced the broken Francis Francis with a Breville Die Cast. It made good coffee, but the grounds were a sloppy mess that got all over the counter. It's going back to the store tomorrow, but meanwhile we ordered up the lovely Miss Silvia - what we think is a really cool espresso machine. All the reviews says it is fussy about grind, and we haven't got it right yet. But we will! And the grounds come out in a nice compacted chunk.
